NMA Commercial was established in 1994, initially providing specialised commercial leasing services to both landlords and tenants alike.

Over the years, as a direct result of the encouragement and support from its clients, NMA Commercial grew into a full service commercial real estate practice.

In 2016, a separate entity trading as NMA Commercial Property Management was incorporated to provide owners and tenants with a fresh, open and honest approach to commercial property management. NMA Commercial Property Management is proudly supported by the experience and expertise of the sales and leasing services provided by NMA Commercial.

Nicholas is the founder of NMA Commercial.  He has over 37 years of commercial property experience, having commenced his career in the industry at Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in 1985, followed by Colliers Jardine (now Colliers International) in 1991.

His skills and expertise have seen him involved in office sales and leasing, industrial sales and leasing, asset management and property management.

TONY DAVIS

Director, Property & Asset Management

Tony has over 40 years of experience in commercial property, the majority in retail management. Having held senior positions in JLW/JLL, Colliers International and Savills plus lead roles for private clients covering retail, commercial, industrial, and rural assets, his broad property knowledge is invaluable.

Tony spent 4 years establishing the Colliers International office in Pakistan, more recently returning as a private consultant for the establishment of the 2 largest shopping malls in Lahore. Throughout his career, Tony has enjoyed a reputation as a hands-on operator with the knowledge and ability to solve issues quickly and add value to clients’ assets.

Having such a broad experience, Tony still believes that meeting with owners and tenants is the best way of establishing relationships and being able to provide a quality service to all involved parties.
